Forecasts are estimates — surf at your own risk

Surf reports, forecasts, ratings, tide, weather and water-quality information are provided for general information only. They come from public sources and our own models, may be inaccurate, delayed or unavailable, and are not a substitute for your own judgment. Ocean activities are dangerous. Always check conditions in person, follow lifeguard and official warnings, and know your limits. You assume all risk from your use of the ocean.

Email alerts

By signing up, you agree to receive surf alerts and, as described in our Privacy Policy, marketing emails. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Alerts may be late, missed or wrong.

Acceptable use

• Do not scrape, copy or resell the Site's content or data in bulk without written permission.
• Do not interfere with the Site's operation or security.
• Do not use the Site for unlawful purposes.

Content and third parties

Site design, text, ratings and the Surfing Tomorrow Break Model are our property. Embedded videos and linked content belong to their owners and are subject to their terms. We are not responsible for third-party content, sites or ads. Public data is credited to its sources (including NOAA).

Advertising

The Site may display advertising and sponsored content, and we may earn money from partners.

Disclaimer of warranties

THE SITE IS PROVIDED "AS IS" AND "AS AVAILABLE," WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING ACCURACY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE AND NON-INFRINGEMENT.

Limitation of liability

TO THE FULLEST EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, SURFING TOMORROW WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY PERSONAL INJURY OR PROPERTY DAMAGE, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SITE. OUR TOTAL LIABILITY WILL NOT EXCEED $100.

Indemnity

You agree to indemnify us against claims arising from your misuse of the Site or violation of these Terms.

Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of California. Disputes will be resolved in the courts of San Diego County, California.

Changes

We may update these Terms. Continued use of the Site after changes means you accept them.
